They may have been up for a while now, but I just fell on them today. I ended up with an XE R-Sport AWD.
Ingot Exterior with 20" Propeller 10-Spoke Wheels.
Jet/Red Leather Interior with the Carbon Fiber “ !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ” Veneer.
The front seats are only heated.
Deleted Engine Badging on the back.
Added Heated Front Windshield & Washer Jets.
Added Head-Up Display.
Total came out to $57,350 .
That said, I can option an XE Premium 35T AWD to something I’d be happy with for $51,445 . But it wouldn’t be a car I’d be satisfied with for more than 3 years. If there was an optional LSD, I wouldn’t touch the AWD system and would have ended up much happier.
Overall, I’m very disappointed in the value prospect of this vehicle and it wouldn’t even make my consideration list. I was pretty excited about a small Jag, but it doesn’t currently configure the way I would want it.
Now the F-Pace on the other hand, great value and I can configure one in just about every spec into something I like. It still ends up being about $3,000 over any XE variants I like, but they actually seem WORTH the price. The XE models all seem like they are missing one or two packages/options as standard equipment for the price points.
Great job on the F-Pace, Jaguar! Keep working on the XE...
By the way, the base model F-Pace is extremely rental. The standard equipment reads great, but the available features and a wheel size that guarantees you’ll treat it like a Lexus RX or MDX screams that you should be looking at a Premium trim model. If you are considering the absolute base F-Pace, then you aren’t allowing the product or brand to give you the experience that you are looking for.
But 2 cents is worthless no matter who hands it to you. Just my thoughts.
Feel free to share any configurations you like of any Jags you like!

If I were to be reasonable, the 25t is pretty well equipped for the price I got it to. I built a RWD 25t Premium, with ‘18 inch wheels, Cold Climate Package, SiriusXM, and beige leatherette for a price of $40,765. I think that’s pretty reasonable for what you’re getting, especially when a similarly equipped 328i costs around $44,000. I’d go for the XE.

I bought a Q5 several months ago, but I cannot wait to see the F-Pace in the wild / see how the winter reviews go. I saw it at the auto show, and it’s absolutely spectacular. Beautiful inside and out. Big thing for me will be performance in winter weather (Yes, i know about winter tires..)
